What is the problem

I have a very large amount of these errors with different IP's. Could this be a problem with registration, or is there another problem.

Lookup "false connect failed" in SEARCH. You'l get about a million threads with the answer.

It means a connection to MySQL cannot be created. Since there is no other error such as invalid password or max connections, it most likely means that the MySQL Daemon isn't running properly or not accepting any connections.
