I upgraded vbulletin to 3.0.7, uploaded everything in the upload file. But when I log in to the admin screen on my forums, it says I still have 3.0.3. What's up?

How would I run that? The guy who owns the site and bought vbulletin would know, but he is never online anymore. I am trying how to learn to do all of these things myself for the site since I am running it now, so please be patient with me.
