Help I get a parse error

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or T_NUM_STRING in /home/deathea/public_html/forum/global.php(532) : eval()'d code on line 58

Holy ****! I cant login it to see what line 58 it reads (I know for sure its in the footer template. When i try to login in it says

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.

Reupload the original global.php file from the vB zip file. Make sure you upload in ASCII and overwrite the one on the server.
