Differnet font size on different browser (IE,FF, Mozila)

My new VB forum working perfect but my users just inform me that they have problem with font size on different web browser like FF or Mozzile – some of them request to increase font but others request decreasing font size (its mean that they see different font size).
Its happened on standards skin and on skins from third party,
I try to find the solution on forum but I cant – please advice what I should check and change in order to get the same font size in the most popular browser ?

What font sizes are you using?

I'd recommend using 10pt for standard fonts, and 11px for smaller ones.

Ok - but do you think that this will fix the problem with to bigs or to small font or different browser (in my opinion is a css coding or skin issue) ??
