How do i Change the New User Welcome Text?

When a user first visits my forum (http://forums.probe-enthusiast.com/), they see the "If this is your first visit..." text, which tells the user to view the FAQ, and suggests they register to post.

How do I change that text??

All language is in Phrases. Do a 'Search in Phrases' for the specific language you are looking for, then edit the appropriate Phrase.

Admin CP -> Languages & Phrases -> Search in Phrases

Note: To edit a phrase, place the new phrase in the available language text boxes.
