PM popup box

hi mods, if this has been answered, pls give me the link to read up thanks!

Member feedback: Have a little problem with the PM prompt. When the window pops up to tell me that I have a pm and ask if I want to via it in a new window, when I click 'YES', the window just close and nothing happens. But if I click 'NO', I get a new window for the pm.

Is this just one member having this problem? Can you duplicate the problem yourself?

Yes, I tried.

Click YES - window close and nothing happens.

It sounds like your browser is blocking the PM popup window. The "Cancel" button will skip the popup and just open the PM listing in the same window.

May I know:

1) when a user click onto "cancel", it should continue on the same web browser page, right?

2) when the user click onto "ok", it should pop up a new box with the new PM message, right?

If no. 2 doesn't work, is there a setting I should configure to allow pop up of new message?

Nope. There is nothing you can do if the browser is blocking popups.
