  • Let users access a page?

One of my users claims he can't see index.php. I checked all his settings and looked in every possible place, nothing about him.

    Anyone got any options?

(i dont think i posted in right place, sorry if i didnt)

vBulletin 3 Troubleshooting and Problems, would probably be more appropriate, but whatever. Have you done any code modifications or anything? It's dificult to tell what's wrong if we can't see your site.

Try logging in as this user to see if you have the same problem. If you don't, then the cause is somewhere on their end. It's impossible to know exactly what it is but some possibilites are: browsers, browser settings, Internet and security settings, ISP and/or cache issues, firewalls, ad-blockers, and any other application that affects Internet content.
