Home Page View only & no Forum View
Is there a way to prevent person from even seeing the forum page if they are not logged in?
note: I am using vB CMPS and have a home page listing news and latest posts.
I do no not want individuals going past the Home Page (and viewing the Forum Page) UNTIL they log in. In other words, you will ONLY be able to see the home page WITH "news and latest threads" - until you log in. I don't want un-registered/not-logged-in persons to be able to go past the Home Page.
I played aorund with this in forum permissions but my latest threads (on the Home Page) disappear and a bare skeleton of the forum still shows.
Am I making sense?
Please assist.
