What sort of default setting do you change

sorry im new to this..

ive set up the VB it works great..

ive changed the Avator ability to upload.. and changed the av size...


what do you think about other things i should change? Upload picture size?


any other defaults that make sense to be changed?

You may want to think of an 'upgrade path' for your users, so to encourage them to post (sensible posts) give them bigger pm boxes, bigger aviators, more upload space etc the when they have made more posts.

As to defaults to change, I don't know, I think the default edit time is set to 0 and should be changed to 120 so people can't edit a post at any time.
