You need to edit the thread title by going to the thread tools drop down menu, and selecting edit thread. If you edit the first post then only the title displaced in thread is edited. -

When I edit a post title (I am admin), forum home still shows old one and not new (edited) title. How can I fix this?
In
Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options -> Time Limit on Editing of Thread Title and Time Limit on Editing of Posts
0 is = unlimited time?
