Moderators permissions

I want to setup permissions for moderators in order to:

1. Reply to closed threads in all sections.
2. Edit own posts with no time restrictions, everywhere.

Now this is possible only in the section where the moderator is added.

Is this possible? With my previous software was not an issue.

You would need to either make them Super Mods, or add them as Modderators to all the forums.
