Optimizing MySQL for vBulletin?

My vB is on the one Windows box I've got, and I have no idea how to fine-tune things since it didn't come with a my-large.cnf or anything.

vB is the only thing that's really hammering MySQL at all, yet it's very sluggish. Anybody got any 'my.ini' tips or links?
