and thing like taht
hoe can i do it?

I can't see anything at all in the picture... do you have a bigger image else where?

Another member gave me a better picture, and if I am not mistaken, you can do so through the admin cp
Admin CP > Usergroup Manager > Edit usergroup (the one you want to edit)
Add to the Username HTML Markup box the image code you want IE: <img src='icon.gif'>
