  • Need to upgrade, but lost id and pass...

    I don't have my id and password, and the email address I signed up with isn't in use anymore.

    I've called customer service, but there was no one from Jelsoft available to talk to me, and they haven't been back in touch yet. Any advice? I need to get this upgrade underway asap.
