Problem with password reset

The following was posted on my message board by a user.

"A little over a week ago I asked to reset my password (I forgot my password). I got the e-mail but didn't bother to go about changing it until today. When I accessed the link it says that my 24 hour period to change it is up. When I try to send my e-mail address to get a new e-mail, it says I already got one. HELP!"

Go in to your AdminCP, change the password to something generic, and email the user, providing the password. Let him/her know to change it via their UserCP when they next log on.
