You have an extra space either before the "<?php" at the start of your file, or after the ">" at the end of your file. remove the extra space and you'll be good to go.

Could you please PrivMsg me the URL to where you run vBulletin 3.0.7 - the address I found on record doesn't appear to have vB running in public anymore. I want to try and reproduce the issue and figure out where it comes from.

I think this error is related to the server
I sent an email to my host and they said that there's a problem about mysql service of the server
