Editing welcome email

Hey I wanted to edit my welcoming email.
I have read that I need to edit 'wecomeemail'

Is this a template i need to edit or an actual file?

This is actually a phrase. Go to:

Admin CP --> Languages & Phrases --> Search in Phrases

... and do a variable name serach for welcomeemail. Then just edit it how you please.

Ah, I see what it is. It's called welcomemail (note the lack of a second "e").
