Private message template

Anyone know what I gotta edit to get the template for private messages, the part that shows a message to be 600px aligned to the left? and it's postbit width?

Right now I got my USERCP shell to be 750px width, aligned to the center, but then when I go to read a private message, its like the private message area where it displays the message is 750px PLUS the USERCP navigation.

It's quite annoying I know, one of the big design flaws in vB3 IMO. The only solution is to put a big if conditional around the postbit template. <if condition="THIS_SCRIPT == private">postbit for pm<else />postbit for everything else</if>

I really dont get it, so should I do this:

Nope, open up your postbit template. And use the conditional above to have two completely different postbits.

I still can't figure it out, in the style manager what exactly do I edit to get this right?
