Reputation System Population

I've searched around and couldn't find an answer to this question. My forum is 80k members+, and I just turned on the Rep System and am giving it a trial run. I'm just confused on some things about it. Namely, when I enabled it, I had the default # of rep pts. set at 10, but looking in the database after I enabled the Rep system, everyone's rep was at 0. So I manually ran a query and set everyones pts. to 10, and their level to 5 (what the 10 points level equated to). Will I start seeing reputation LEVELS changing based on reg. date/posts, or reputation ALTERING levels changing soon? Or is this not retroactive?

The levels change based on the reputation given. The posts/dates/etc determines the amount of reputation power someone has, not their reputation number.

This is the numeric value of the accumulated reputation points.

I have had about 8 reputation votes against me. I'm an admin. Only 2 have registered with a green box (both made by the other admin).

The other 6 all have a grey box. At least 2 of those members should meet the minimum threshhold for # of posts and minimum reputation.

Why don't their votes register against me?

The 'grey' ones are from people that do not have any reputation power.

Weird. I can't figure out why 2 of them would have no power.

I have register date factor set to 30. (Our board has only been active 5 days.)
Post count factor is 100. (Nobody is over 100 posts except me.)
Rep point factor is 100.
Minimum posts is 10. (Both of these guys are over 10.)
Minimum reputation Count is blank.

Look at their profiles in the Admin CP. If members gave them negative reputation, their power would go down.

One of them currently has a reputation level of 11.

Actually their current power is not the issue. The power when they gave the feedback determined whether it counted or not. Since the box is grey, it didn't count.
