I got so many disconnect to sql server any time I submited posts

I rent the dedicated server P4 2.4 only my board on it, My board database about 500MB, and have current members around 120 members.

The server load around Server Load1.92 (1 cpu)
but when I submited the posts getting disconnect from sql server alots and get the board is very slow.

My board have only couple hacks like award hack, thanks hack. That all.

Can any one here know why I got this error alot.

This has been happening to my server also over the last 2 days. Each time it was because the server was being flooded with spam emails. The only thing I could do was wait.
