  • is there any way to ban an IP address?

I keep getting someone registering for my forum and posting links to porn sites. I ban them and they create a new e-mail address and username and do it again a few days later. Any way I can ban them before they register?

Steves suggestion would work providing they are not using a Proxy when they join. If they are then you have little hope of keeping them out of your forum

Hmm. Can I add banning a specific IP block to the wishlist?

On another BB I run using phpBB I've blocked an entire ISP by entering 212.92.96.0-212.92.99.127 which has then been interpreted by the software.

In vBulletin, I had to type 212.92.96 212.92.97 212.92.98 but I've had to leave the rest as I don't fancy typing in 127 IP addresses manually!
