New user regestration email

Hello, i just installed a copy of vbulletin at http://www.fu-forums.com, i then had a memeber sign up to the bord.

I had an option selected to revieve an email every time a member signs up.

This also worked fine.

But then i got the email again saying the same member had signed up.. Now i have recieved the same email over 20 times!!! It seems to keep sending me the same email every 30 mins or so.

How can i fix this so i just get the one email.

This sounds like a problem with your mail server or mail account. What is the date and time on each email? Are they different or the same?

There all the same time and day, wed 14:07. However they didnt all arive together.

Roughly hour intervals.

This definitely sounds like the server had a problem and sent multiple copies of the same emails.

Your email client should have an option somewhere to "delete old messages on the server", or something like that. Try enabling this option.

If that doesn't work then you will have to contact your email server person.
