allow people to change there usernames

How can i amke it so people can change there own users names? i dont have store hack

I'm guessing this would require file modifications. I don't see anything in Usergroup Settings or vBulletin Options about this.

I replied to your PM. This is not a feature. Adding this feature would require custom code, and so I recommend you post on www.vbulletin.org.
