Upgrade Issue

ok. I have VB 3.0.3 and i would like to go to 3.0.6

I downloaded the files. Uploaded them / replaced my old files on my server. I did every file with the exception of the install.php file and the config.php.new file.

when I go to my IE or Mozilla browser I type the following.

http://mysite/forums/install/upgrade.php and I enter my username and pass and it kicks me right into the ADMINcp.

When I got mad I ran this in my browser.

http://mysite/forums/install/upgrade1.php and it gave me the option to enter my customer number. I did and after step one it said this

Step 1) Create New vBulletin 3 Tables

We have detected that you have already tried to run the upgrade script. You will not be able to proceed unless you revert to a vB 2.2.x/2.3.x database.


Now I have a VB 3 install. What does this mean and how do I upgrade my forum?

hmm

I guess it is because i ran the script before. so how do i fix it?

The script should go to the correct upgradex script. Since it isn't and is going to the Admin CP instead, this means you either have alreay upgraded, or you did not upload all the vB 3.0.6 files.

I ended up just del all my files and doing it all over agin o well I am at 3.0.6 now.
