How Do I? Set forums to main page/domain

I would liek to switch from www.eurocarforum.com/forums to www.eurocarforum.com so that the forums appear on the main page. I havent edited the vbulliten in a while let me know what config/specific folders I have to change what In so i get it right hte first time. I belive i have to do this to cpanel but is it possible to set a folder such as /forums to a index file to be displayed on the main page.

You need to move all the vB files and subdirectories from your forum directory to your main web directory.
