Can set custom title after x posts?

I always thought this feature was in VB but I can't seem to find it anywhere

I'd like to only allow members to set a custom title after they have made X number of posts.

To accomplish this, set up a promotion scheme for your Registered Users group so that they get an additional usergroup based on postcount (and/or amount of time registered and/or karma level). Give the additional group the same permissions as the Registered group plus whatever extras you want. Make sure the Registered group has "Allow Users to have Member Groups" set to 'Yes'.
