Possible to edit Usergroup ID #?

just curious as to if that is possible.. was creating a few new usergroups, deleted one and noticed that the id# didn't get replaced, but rather skipped.

The ids are auto-incremented and not replaced. There is no reason to edit the usergroupid and if you do this incorreclty it could cause seriously problems with your board.
