Why can't my regular moderators in the Moderator Usergroup see the Mod control panel?

Only Admins and Supermods can...

I'm kind of confuesed by that, but it is 1am here so that might be why

The link isn't shown to non-SMods because it required an extra query. Take a look at this post for a fix.
