    Smilies causing 404 errors

    Site: www.ArtofWarSoldiers.Com
I have an odd problem on my hands. I myself am not getting this error, but a couple of the forum members are. My guess is, that its the server and we just need to move, but here we go.

Problem: Whenever certain members of the forum take a post and use a smilie in the post, after they submit, they get a 404 error. They say they get a 404 for every page for about 30 mins. then it come back. However while they are getting this 404 error, it says at the bottom that they are active on the forums.

I am at a loss. Please help! Thanks!

Can you or anyone else reliably duplicate this error? If not, then it's difficult to troubleshoot. It's impossible to know exactly what it is but some possibilites are: browsers, browser settings, Internet and security settings, ISP and/or cache issues, firewalls, ad-blockers, and any other application that affects Internet content.

I've gotten the report from 2 people and they are 2 close friends of mine. It has happened to them 2-4 times. I know they were using IE. They don't know too much about computers, so I don't think they did any tweaking to the browser or anything like that.

I've tried and tried to get the error to come up for me, posting in each forum, but I can't do it.

I really don't know what is happening. I guess it could be something on their side.
