Member receiveing Forbidden error when replying..

I have a member who all of a sudden today when she went to reply to a post she got this error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forums/newreply.php on this server.




Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/1.3.33 Server at epettalk.com Port 80

I have not touched the forums permissions or anything..no one else is having problems, why is she all of a sudden?

Have you installed any hacks (including portals) or added any code to the footer, headinclude, header or phpinclude templates?

I installed a portal along time ago...But haven't added anything to phpinclude templates or headinclude.
I did just recently upgrade my vBulletin version though.

Sorry but we cannot provide support for hacked forums.

Try logging in as this user to see if you have the same problem. If you don't, then the cause is somewhere on their end. It's impossible to know exactly what it is but some possibilites are: browsers, browser settings, Internet and security settings, ISP and/or cache issues, firewalls, ad-blockers, and any other application that affects Internet content.

If you have the same problem, then your options are:

1. Remove the hacks (including any database changes) and restore the original vB files.

2. Ask for help at the vBAdvanced site

3. Set up a fresh test forum with all the original vB files and templates. Then if you can reproduce this problem on that forum, let me know. If not, then this will show that the problem is related to one or more changes you made.

Apparently it was temporary because she can now reply..I am thinking it was on her end.
