how do i stop avatar usage

Hi, I want to make it so that if I have an avatar gallery (which I do) I only want users to be able to choose one, and then no one else can use that avatar that they have choosen unless then they change it

Forcing users to pick a unique avatar out of a predefined set would require custom code. For this reason I recommend you post on www.vbulletin.org, the official vB hacking site.
