Restrict Whos Online to admins/mods only?

I'd like to make Who's Online (the option selected from the Quick Links menu, not the list of users at the bottom of Forum Home) available only to admins and mods, is there a way of doing this please?

Go to AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager

Scroll down to the 4th section from the bottom: Who's Online Permissions and set the permissions the way you want them for each usergroup.

edited to add.. oops.. you meant @ the quick links. It doesn't already have a conditional around it? Did you try setting the permissions in the usergroup manager to see if it still shows up for regular users?
