link to smilie's & bb code in reply window?

I have the wysiwyg bar disabled because it's too easy to abuse by newbies. Unfortunately, when you do that vB lacks a link in the post window (new thread & reply) to view smilies and BB code.

Can someone tell me how to add a link to view a list of smilies & bb code from the post window?

I realize they are in the "posting rules" box but that is way at the bottom of the page and not near the editor.

Edit the other two editor templates:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> « » -> Editor Templates -> editor_toolbar_off and editor_toolbar_standard

Add this link code

<a href="misc.php?$session[sessionurl]do=bbcode" target="_blank">BB Codes</a>
<a href="misc.php?$session[sessionurl]do=showsmilies" target="_blank">Smilies</a>

The exact placement depends on exactly where you want the links to show up.
