Attachment size?

How do I increase this? Looking at the extension and sizes in my admin cp
jpg is set to

Filesize 10000
HeightXWidth 600x600

But when I try to attach an image it tells me
File Too Large. Limit for this filetype is 97.7 KB. Your file is 326.0 KB.

Admincp > Attachments > Extensions and Sizes > (modify here)
