An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

    We apologise for any inconvenience.

I can't give out the URL as it's passworded for members only , can somebody advise me where I log a proper support call where I can give passwords etc in confidence.

Ps Our Hosts have tried stopping/starting mysql and rebuilding tables nothing has helped. All our other VB's forums hosted on same host are working fine.

if you are the owner of the vbulletin licenses, you can get support by filling a ticket:
if you are not the owner you need them to contact vbulletin or add your email address to the account

Did they change the password to the database?

I had that once when I changed the MySQL-password and forgot to edit the config.php to add the new password
      That's the end of that!

We need to see the real error message. Right-click on the error page and go to View/Source. Then copy-n-paste the error message here. You can hide the domain name if you want.
