Catagory redirects to another page

I KNOW i've seen this somewhere, but for the life of me, I cannot find it tonight - ive searched under redirect, catagory link and a bunch more terms but coming up blank

All I want to do is create a catagory that links to another page, like what's here on vB pointing to vBtemplates or vB.org (hope that makes sense?)

Would some kind soul point me in the right direction because I am missing the forest for the trees tonight.

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Add New Forum

When creating the new forum, enter the URL into the Forum Link field.
