There are a couple of things we would like to do, and ask if they can be done.
1) Can we turn off the option for users to reject admin emails?
2) Is there some way that admins/mods would be able to email a member from their profile, and other registered users not be able to?
3)is there a way to add email user function to the moderator's CP, or if not, to grant JUST that privilege (email user) and no others to an admin?
