Message toolbar buttons

I wonder if it is possible to have only the basic appearance of the wysiwyg editor toolbar button background changed via the "Editor buttons in normal state" option in the ACP styles manager - without it affecting the whole editor box "frame" background.

I'm not sure exactly which part you are talking about. Can you post a picture?
