    Extra space

    Hi,

I've converted my board a month ago from SimpleMachines to Vbulletin. When I converted it, I noticed that there is a extra space (quite large when the user posts a small post) under the signature. I always thought it was normal in Vbulletin but I recently found out that all Vbulletin boards didn't have this "bug".

    How do I fix it

    Thanks in advance

Do you have a link that shows this problem?

Sorry, I don't see a problem with that post. Please explain.

There is still nothing wrong with that post. The height of that post is dependant on all the user info to the left.

Oh, perhaps the issue might be that I switched to the old style post bit.

              Thank you for your support

ka, I had the same "problem." As Steve said, it is simply a matter of all the user info you have on the left which are called "postbits." You can edit postbit_legacy template, get rid of all the extra info (might take some decisions on your part on what your users REALLY need to see about each other in every post vs what they see in the user's profile) and you will see that white space shrink drastically. You can see in the pic below the amount of vertical room we saved just by making a few changes.
