Making new thread from post

Hi.
A guest has replyed to a sticky post on my new forum instead of starting a new post. how can i take his post and make it into a new post ?

You can use the split feature

in the thread click on Thread Tools > Split thread

However, while that moved the post to a new thread it still shows the same title in the forum view so that there are now two threads with same title. This only appears in forum view, if I go to edit the post then the proper title is showing in the edit title box
