    Database repeatedly crashing

Our forum has been crashing repeatedly tonight and I don't know why, nor am I really sure about how I can find out why...When it crashes, I get the following message:
"There seems to have been a slight problem with the database.
Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.
An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

    We apologise for any inconvenience."

However, no email has been sent to our 'Technical Staff' address, so this message is the only piece of information I have. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what I can do about this? If it matters, we had upgraded to 3.0.5 this past Sunday with seemingly no problems - however, today is the first day since the upgrade that we've opened the forum back up to the public so perhaps the problem does stem to the upgrade ... ?

As always, thanks in advance for any help anybody can offer!

View the HTML source code of that page. You will see a detailed MySQL error in there and it helps if you could paste it here.
