Adding a script to the head for fade links

On my main site of www.clubexl.com/main.php
when you mouse over a link - the color fades a set hover color

How can i add this same script to the Boards?
because in the control panel you can set the color of hover / regular / clicked / visited and so on but what about hte link fading from color to color using the script i have
im sure i place it somewhere but where?

It looks like that is done with javascript code in your page head. Try putting that code into vBulletin's headinclude template.

Add it to the bottom of that template. That might work.
