unable to login to admincp

Every time I try to login to admincp it takes me back to the admincp login page. This problem only just materialised, has been working fine for at least 8 months, and no new hacks have been installed.

Somewhere on these forums there is a script called fix_login.php which supposedly sorts this out. I deleted all my cookies and ran this from the forum root but the problem still remains.

i've had the same problem as you describe .I mean you enter your username &password and hit the login button you get no errors at all but it always takes you back to the login page.i've sorted it out by setting the url of the forum and the cookiedomain settings remember NOT to add a trailing slash (/) you could also contact vbulletin support however i think they are unable to help you if you got hacks installed in that case you should goto www.vbulletin.org and ask there in the appriciate forum

do you use Wildcard DNS? I did and gott the same problem as you described, but then I changed the URL of the forum to mydomain.com instead of www.mydomain.com
