    How to make navbar link pop up in new window?

    I followed the instructions for adding a new navbar link. How do I make that link pop up in a new window?

      For the new navbar link, it will link to something.php (href="something.php"). You can make it appear in a new window by:
      Code:
      <a href="something.php" target="_blank">text</a>
