Imported database to new server.

Imported our database to our new server and none of the avatars work for people.

They dont load as if the avatar wasn't found, but when looking in the database the avatars are in there (avatars are stored in the database)

is it because the .sql file it was exported as was an ASCII file not binary?

also the copyright notice on our forums has a wierd character:

The .sql file should be transferred in ASCII.

Did you have avatars in the databse or file system?
