WYSIWYG prob. w/1 theme?

My default theme won't allow me to use the formatting buttons on the toolbar (b, i, etc,) but in all my other themes I can use these just fine.

I'm not sure what happened, but is there any way I can fix this problem for the default theme?

I have the same problem but only in netscape, IE works...

Running version 3.0.5, works fine in default theme, but my new one displays all information (entry box, icons etc...) but the message part of the screen doesn't let you do anything...

Any suggestions as to what could be wrong?
