Smilies do not appear in posts

Hi everyone,

I am new to vBulletin and I am facing the following problem:

When users use smilies during posting they see something like that

 :wink:

instead of the actual icon.

What am I doing wrong. Please Help!

Problem Solved!

I had populated my new vBulletin forum, using an import from phpBB. Some of the smilies used in phpBB were not compatible with vB.

In order to fix the problem I went to:
admin panel --> Smilies --> Smilie Manager

Pressed [View] and a list of smilies appeared.

Pressed [Edit] for every problematic smilie and changed the "Text to Replace" field to much the smilies codes in my posts.
