Look up location of an IP Host?

If I run a user's IP, and it comes up with the IP and host name - is there a tool to use to find out the 'location' of the host?

For example if I get an IP, and a host of say cache-ntc-ac02.proxy.aol.com - can I tell where cache-ntc-ac02.proxy.aol.com is located?

Doubtfull, notice "proxy" you cant even tell an aol users real ipa ddress
