Is it recommended to Update any Counters after a 3.0.4 Upgrade?

Upgrading from 3.0.3 to 3.0.4 - it is recommended to Update any Counters?

And I don't just mean "is it necessary". I would also like to know if it's simply recommended to update any or all of them.

No, you do not need to update any counters nor is it recommended. If it were, it would be mentioned in the upgrade instructions.

Well, necessary Counter Updates would be listed - but I didn't know if marginally might-be-a-good-idea recommendations would be listed as well, which is why I asked.
