What's Going On **Help**

Could someone please tell me how to make the What's Going On Start at the top of the page rather then at the bottom??

i have seen it on other forums but i can not figure out how to make mine do it...

Which is basicly the what is going on box being moved from the bottom to the top.

Save the template FORUMHOME and you are done!

Don't worry. Take your time and try to understand how to do it and the next time it will be easier! Don't feel shy asking questions if you require help.

As requested in the PM.

You can modify a template like this:

Go into the admin control panel (www.yoursite.com/forum/admincp/) [replace the url with your own ofcourse]

Expand the group (if it isn't already) called 'Styles & templates'.

Then select 'Style Manager'.

Behind the style you want to modify click on the button [<<>>] to expand the template groups.

Then select the template group 'Forum Home Templates' and click on the expand button to open the group.

Now select the template FORUMHOME and click on the customize button.

In the editor you can find the code I posted above, delete it, then find the $navbar code as posted above and there paste the what is going on box.

This way you move it from the bottom just below the navigation bar in the top. Above the forums.

Click on [save] to save the changes and your forum should show the differences immediatly.
